Icahn Connect is an online easy-to-use platform designed to cultivate meaningful advising andmentorship opportunities across the global Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai community. Theserelationships are meant to provide valuable support and guidance as users navigate their careers, explorenew career paths, or pursue other educational endeavors.
- Students can use the platform to connect with Alumni in various career fields and to identifycurrent ISMMS Faculty to offer guidance.
- Alumni from all class years, programs, and schools may participate as Advisors to Students, oruse the platform as directory to reconnect with classmates and other Alumni.
- Current Faculty (Assistant Professors and Associate Professors on any track) canrequest and connect with Faculty Mentors through the online platform. Current Faculty (part-timeand full-time Associate and Full Professors) can act as Mentors to current Mount Sinai Faculty.Current Faculty (part-time and full-time at any rank) can act as Advisors to Students.
